Discover the Cost-Effective Solution: Affordable Disposable Thermocouples, sourced directly from the heart of innovation in China. Experience reliable performance without breaking the bank.
1. The Purpose and Working Principle of Fast Thermocouple:
Designed for precision, the disposable fast thermocouple is indispensable for measuring temperatures in molten steel and high-temperature metals. Operating on the powerful thermoelectric effect of metals, it accurately senses temperature variations between its two junctions, ensuring precise readings every time.

3. Structure
Built for efficiency, the fast thermocouple features a robust temperature measuring probe paired with a large protective paper tube. The probe's positive and negative wires are expertly welded to an extension wire, securely housed in a supportive bracket and small paper tube. Durable quartz supports and shields the thermoelectric wires, while a protective cap guards the probe against dregs. All components are seamlessly integrated into a thermocouple tip and consolidated with fire-resistant filler, making it a reliable, single-use instrument.
4. Usage
1. Carefully select the optimal length of the protective paper tube and thermocouple lance based on the measurement object and scope for precise results.
2. Secure the fast thermocouple to the thermocouple lance, ensuring the secondary instrument's pointer (or digital display) resets to zero, then proceed with accurate measurement.
3. It is vital to insert the fast thermocouple into molten steel at a depth of 300-400mm, avoiding contact with the furnace wall or scum. Withdraw the temperature measuring gun promptly after obtaining results on the secondary instrument. The fast thermocouple should not remain submerged for more than 5 seconds to prevent lance burnout.
4. Replace the used thermocouple with a new one and take a brief pause to prepare for the subsequent measurement cycle.
5. Transport and Storage
Handle with care during assembly and disassembly. Ensure dryness throughout transportation. Store products in cases within warehouses maintaining relative humidity below 80%, with good air circulation. Avoid exposure to air containing corrosive gases to preserve product integrity.
