3. Structure
The innovative structure of our fast thermocouple includes a temperature measuring probe coupled with an extensive paper tube. The positive and negative wires of the probe are meticulously welded to an extension wire, set within a support bracket ensconced in a small paper tube. These thermowires, fortified and shielded by quartz, are capped to prevent contamination by dregs. All components are intricately assembled into a thermocouple tip, unified by a fire-resistant filler, ensuring the product's single-use efficiency.
4. Usage
1. Choose the optimal length of the protective paper tube and thermocouple lance tailored to your measurement needs, ensuring precise and accurate results.
2. Securely attach the fast thermocouple to the lance, ensuring your secondary instrument or digital display is reset to zero. Commence your measurement with confidence.
3. For optimal performance, insert the thermocouple into the molten steel at a depth of 300-400mm, avoiding contact with the furnace wall or scum. Once the secondary instrument registers the results, promptly remove the temperature measuring apparatus. Ensure the thermocouple's immersion time does not exceed 5 seconds to prevent potential lance damage.
4. For continuous, seamless measurement, replace the spent thermocouple with a new one and allow a brief pause to ready the system for subsequent measurements.
