3. Structure

Quartz material supports and safeguards the thermo wires, while a protective cap shields the probe from dregs. The entire assembly is encapsulated in a thermocouple tip, bound cohesively with fire-resistant filler, ensuring that each fast thermocouple is a single-use masterpiece of engineering.
4. Usage
1. Carefully select a protective paper tube and thermocouple lance that aligns perfectly with the specific measurement object and scope to ensure optimal performance.
2. Securely attach the fast thermocouple to the thermocouple lance, then reset the secondary instrument or digital display to zero, setting the stage for precise measurement.
3. For accurate results, insert the fast thermocouple to a depth of 300-400mm within the molten steel, avoiding contact with the furnace wall or scum. Withdraw the temperature measuring gun promptly once the secondary instrument records the data, ensuring the thermocouple's exposure remains under 5 seconds to prevent damage to the lance.
4. After use, replace the spent thermocouple with a new one, allowing for a short pause to prepare for the subsequent measurement, thereby maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
