3. Structure
The fast thermocouple boasts a meticulously designed temperature measuring probe paired with a sturdy paper tube. The positive and negative wires of the probe are expertly welded to an extension wire nestled in a support bracket, all enveloped by a small protective paper tube. With quartz providing robust support, the thermo wires are safeguarded effectively. A protective cap shields the temperature measuring probe from dregs, while all components are seamlessly integrated into a cohesive whole with fire-resistant filler, ensuring the product's disposable nature and reliable performance.
4. Usage
1, Carefully choose the appropriate length of the protective paper tube and thermocouple lance, tailored to the measurement object's requirements for optimal results.
2, Securely attach the fast thermocouple to the lance, ensuring the secondary instrument's pointer (or digital display) resets to zero, readying the device for precise measurements.
3, For optimal accuracy, insert the fast thermocouple into the molten steel to a depth of 300-400mm, avoiding contact with the furnace wall or scum. Swiftly retract the temperature measuring gun once the secondary instrument captures the results. Ensure the fast thermocouple's immersion in molten steel lasts under 5 seconds to prevent lance damage.
4, Replace the used thermocouple with a new one, pausing momentarily to prepare for subsequent measurements, thereby maintaining seamless workflow and efficiency.
