1. Purpose and Working Principle of the Fast Thermocouple:

3. Structure
The fast thermocouple boasts a refined design, predominantly featuring a temperature-measuring probe encased within a robust paper tube. The probe's positive and negative wires are skillfully welded to an extension wire, nestled within a secure bracket and guarded by a smaller paper tube. Exceptional quartz safeguards these thermo wires. A protective cap ensures the probe's cleanliness, as all components are meticulously integrated into a unified thermocouple tip, firmly secured with fire-retardant filler, ensuring the thermocouple is safely disposable.
4. Usage
1. Choose the precise length for the protective paper tube and thermocouple lance according to the specific measurement requirements.
2. Secure the fast thermocouple to the thermocouple lance, ensuring the secondary instrument (or digital display) is calibrated to zero before starting the measurement process.
3. For maximum accuracy, immerse the fast thermocouple into the molten steel to a depth of 300-400mm, avoiding contact with the furnace wall or any impurities. Upon obtaining the temperature reading from the secondary instrument, swiftly retract the temperature measuring device. Limit the thermocouple's contact with the molten steel to under 5 seconds to prevent any damage to the lance.
4. Replace each used thermocouple with a new one, taking a brief pause to prepare for the next measurement cycle.
5. Transport and Storage
Handle all parts with care during assembly and disassembly. Keep products dry during transport. Store them in cases inside a warehouse, maintaining relative humidity below 80% and ensuring adequate air circulation. The storage area should be devoid of corrosive gases.
