3. Structure
The state-of-the-art fast thermocouple is ingeniously designed, featuring a sophisticated temperature measuring probe paired with an expansive paper tube. The probe's positive and negative wires are expertly welded to an extension wire, meticulously embedded within a robust support bracket encased by a compact paper tube. Quartz protects and supports the thermo wires, and the probe is securely shielded from dregs by a protective cap. All components are skillfully integrated into a cohesive thermocouple tip and solidified with a fire-resistant filler, ensuring its disposable nature.
4. Usage
1, Choose the suitable length of the protective paper tube and thermocouple lance tailored to your measurement needs, ensuring optimal performance.
2, Secure the fast thermocouple to the thermocouple lance, ensuring the secondary instrument's pointer (or digital display) is reset to zero. Initiate the measurement with confidence.
3, For optimal results, insert the fast thermocouple into the molten steel at a depth of 300-400mm, avoiding any contact with the furnace walls or scum. Swiftly retrieve the temperature measuring gun once readings are obtained. Ensure the thermocouple's immersion time in molten steel does not exceed 5 seconds to prevent lance damage.
4, Replace the used thermocouple with a new one and allow a brief pause to prepare for the subsequent measurement.
