4. Copper Layer Bond Ability
Our product demonstrates outstanding bond ability of the copper layer. When tested under pressure between clamp or vise jaws smaller than the sample steel core diameter (W=d-0.1), the copper layer does not peel from the steel core, even under rigorous hammering, ensuring a seamless and visible-free finish.
5. Electrical-Corrosion Performance
Through simulated fault current tests, our product excels in electrical-corrosion performance. Post-cycle testing shows that the final resistance value growth rate remains below 50% of the initial rate, with each step not exceeding a 15% growth rate.
