This rapid analysis significantly cuts down the smelting time, dramatically shortens the production cycle for both white and gray cast iron, and, as a result, boosts overall production efficiency.

Principle of Measurement:
A sophisticated microprocessor facilitates the collection of temperature curves. Through the crystallization process of molten iron, the carbon and silicon contents, along with the overall quality of the molten iron, are accurately calculated.
