The carbon cups are ingeniously designed to be used in conjunction with the advanced carbon and siliconanalyzer, enabling swift and accurate analysis of carbon content, silicon content, and carbon equivalent in molten iron. This innovative process significantly optimizes the smelting time of molten iron, dramatically shortening the production cycle for both white and grey cast iron, thus boosting production efficiency.

Principle of Measurement:
Our state-of-the-art microprocessor meticulously collects temperature curves. Through the crystallization process of molten iron, it precisely calculates the contents of carbon and silicon, as well as gauges the quality of the molten iron.
