The carbon cups are ingeniously engineered to work seamlessly with carbon andsilicon analyzers, providing rapid and precise measurement of carbon content, silicon levels, and carbon equivalents in molten iron. This efficiency significantly reduces the smelting time of molten iron, accelerates the production cycle for both white and grey cast iron, and thereby boosts overall production efficiency.

Principle of Measurement:
A sophisticated microprocessor conducts the collection of temperature curves. By analyzing the crystallization process of molten iron, it accurately calculates the carbon and silicon content, as well as evaluates the quality of the molten iron.
