The carbon cups are expertly paired with advanced carbon and silicon analyzer systems to rapidly assess the carbon content, silicon content, and carbon equivalent in molten iron. This efficiency-enhancing process significantly reduces the smelting time of molten iron, dramatically shortens the production cycle for white and grey cast iron, and consequently boosts production efficiency.

Principle of Measurement:
Utilizing a sophisticated microprocessor, temperature curves are meticulously collected. Through the crystallization process of molten iron, the precise contents of carbon and silicon, alongside the quality of the molten iron, are accurately calculated.
